Saudi Arabia giants Al Nassr have reportedly submitted a €40 million (R747 million) contract offer to a Real Madrid superstar, who would reunite with Cristiano Ronaldo if he accepted the proposal.
Ronaldo Was 'Obsessed' With Messi's Salary
According to Okaz Sports, as cited by Foot Mercato, Luka Modric has received a mammoth offer from Al Nassr to reunite with five-time Ballon d'Or winner and ex-Los Blancos colleague Ronaldo.
It is believed the veteran midfielder's future is currently uncertain in the Spanish capital, with his form having suffered a dip since he returned from the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Al Nassr have been linked with a number of high-profile players since signing Ronaldo, including Keylor Navas, Eden Hazard and Croatia's legendary captain.
Modric, 37, has a contract in Madrid that will run until the end of this season, leaving the former Tottenham Hotspur man with a decision to make in the coming months.
What Ronaldo Demanded From Agent Before 'Split'
The midfielder has made 459 appearances for the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners since his arrival in 2012, contributing to 109 goals in all competitions.
