Howevr, the Tunisian coach admitted that his side not deserve to win the game against the Chilli Boys.
“I think it was a very tough game, but to be honest with you we don’t deserve to win this game. To win this game, you must be ready for every challenge, you must be number one for the ball. I think mentally we were not ready for this game. Like, I said to you to win this game you must be more than 100 percent ready to fight,” Nabi told SuperSport TV.
"Even if we score the chances we get, we don’t deserve to win this game. With this spirit today, if I win it’s not correct, I need another mentality. I think today the team was out today of the normal performance,” he added.
The Chiefs coach added the Chilli Boys were more aggressive than his players and deserved all three points.
“I think after the win in the semi-final against Sundowns it will be very tough to prepare players mentality, to keep concentration, keep focused on the game.
“We don’t play alone, we play against Chippa and honestly Chippa they deserve to win this point today, that’s why even when you see the statistic of the challenge they were more aggressive than us.
“They fight more than us to win the ball and you know football is tactical, mental and you have to be ready for all of them and if you’re not ready you cannot win the game,” Nabi said.
