The former Orlando Pirates manager won a second trophy this season at the expense of FAR Rabat when his Green Eagles came out 2-1 winners in the Throne Cup final on Tuesday evening.
Zinnbauer has now become the first manager to lead a Moroccan side to a domestic double since 1996, and perhaps even more impressively, has done so without losing a game in either the league or cup.
After the cup final, the Schwandorf native said, as per Le12: "I would like to begin by offering my sincere condolences to His Majesty the King, then thank Mr. President (Mohamed Boudrika) for managing the team. I don't know where you are but thank you for the trust and all the club's components.

"I also thank the technical staff for all the work they have done and I hope the whole group continues, and a special thanks to my group, we broke the record as we played a group of matches without defeat and four finals at the end of the season without losing.
"I thank the members, the team, and the incredible fans for their support and encouragement throughout the match.
"In the match, we were able to score in the first chance we had. To be realistic, some players were negligent after scoring the goal, and we lost focus at times. However, we were better in the second half and succeeded in controlling the match and creating opportunities. We needed some luck to score second goals."
