Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sipho Mbule has described how he felt on winning the DStv Premiership and gives credit to Rulani Mokwena for believing in him this season.
Mbule had a slow start to life at the Brazilians, but played a pivotal role in the middle of the park during the second-half of the season in both the CAF Champions League and DStv Premiership.
Mbule, who joined from SuperSport United before the start of the 2022/23 season says he had plenty of doubters but thanked his head coach for keeping him on the right path and showing faith in him.

Sticking with Masandawana, the DStv Premiership champions dominated the PSL Awards, walking away with a total of six accolades.
Midfielder Teboho Mokoena won big with the DStv Premiership Footballer and Midfielder of the Season accolades, while Rulani Mokwena won Coach of the Season.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Downs Dominate 22/23 PSL Awards, Chiefs Win One!" story:
"Pirates players are always overlooked in these awards, it's no surprise. It happened with Jali and again with Sangweni, how can Rulani be Coach of the Year after winning the league only.
"José deserved the award especially considering that it is his first season in the PSL, so winning two cup titles and coming 2nd in the league is beyond expectations," says Madrid City.
"Well can someone explain what criteria is being used to choose the footballer of the season because if he comes from a League winning team, why was Nomvethe given the accolades and top honours when Pirates won the second treble at the expense of a player from Bucs?
"Teko Modise too, won the top honours while still at Pirates though they had not lifted any trophy?" says benjmwaru3796.
"These awards never favour Pirates, when we won the Treble, all the awards went to siyabonga Nomvethe," says Fair Comment.
"The Pirates plumber was supposed to be Coach of the Season based on PSL performance, he won 2 cups and position 2. Rulani only won few games as head coach.
"When he took over, Sundowns was already leading with more than 10 points on the league," says shaddyg.
"Not sure about player of the season," says psputuka.
