Let's take a closer look at what they had to say...

Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena explained why he chose not to park the bus when they took the lead against Wydad Casablanca in last Saturday's CAF Champions League semi-final.

Sundowns were 11 minutes away from reaching the final before a Mothobi Mvala own-goal, leaving the game at 2-2, resulting in an away-goals win for Wydad in the second-leg after a goalless first leg the week before.

Goals from Peter Shalulile and Themba Zwane saw the Downs take the lead twice during the game, with the Moroccans cancelling out both to book a spot in the CAF Champions League final.

Mokwena mentioned that, judging from experience, it's debatable that Sundowns would've won if they resorted to defensive tactics to secure a place in the final.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "Mokwena: It's Not An Obsession, It's A Dream" story:

"We did enjoy the Sundowns playing style for a very long time and we still enjoy it. We are aware of how our season was. Hence, we have strong belief and faith on Masandawana's structure that next season we will take all the trophies available.

"Otherwise, I repeat it, one is digging his own grave.. Mark my words," says winterv.me.

"Sundowns was playing the most boring football under Pitso but he won major tournaments. Ruru's problem is his arrogant approach to some games but hopefully he has learnt his lessons," says Shikabala.

"I, for one am happy with the team this season, we don't change anything, few tweaks here and there, get that Etiosa Ighodaro boy from Chippa to feature as center forward.

"Release two or three players. The reality is that we are in still in CAF Champion league, CAF Super League (added), PSL and other trophies. It's going to be humdinger kind of a season that's definitely going require a lot out us," says His Majesty Yellow PSL Beast.

"We as true supporters are proud of the team. Next season we will be there again," says Dominate-downs.

"That dream you are talking about will take you home one day," says shaddyg.

Read: Riveiro Aims To End Sundowns' Dominance

Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro has made his intentions clear about challenging Sundowns for the DStv Premiership title next season.

Although they have the Nedbank Cup to play for this weekend against Sekhukhune United, Riveiro says he does not measure their success this season on titles but suggests that the future looks bright.

The Spaniard isn't content with their achievements this season, and insists that they'll challenge every team for the DStv Prem next season.

Under Riveiro this season, the Buccaneers finished second behind the champions Sundowns, with a 17-point gap between them and managed to win the MTN 8 and qualify for next season's CAF Champions League.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "Riveiro Aims To End Sundowns' Dominance" story:

"My coach, in life it's imperative to always aim high, with the quality you have, nothing is impossible," says benjmwaru3796.

"There's nothing wrong about dreaming Mr. Coach. However, to end Sundowns' dominance, it's the highest mountain to climb for you, since Masandawana don't depend on a certain coach, but strictly to their structure.

"Otherwise, carry on on dreaming. We will see you next season," says winterv.me.

"That is great coach, you are a good coach and never finds excuses. Not these other people who blame Sundowns for winning games saying it is killing the PSL. You have all the ammunition to compete with Sundowns," says mmopied.

"You will stress yourself," says thabot.boshielo.
