Percy Tau continues to prove he is the man for the big occasion as his exciting brace contributed to his remarkable record for Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League.
It makes sense why Egyptian media personality Khaled Bayoumi questioned talk that the Egyptian giants wanted to part ways with the 30-year-old.
"I can't believe that there are people asking Al Ahly to let Percy Tau go, even for free. A player like that, would you let him go for free, not even for a million or two million dollars?
"Tau is a treasure inside Al Ahly, and any club in the Gulf would desire him and would pay millions of dollars for him. I have no problem with Al Ahly letting Tau go, but who will replace him?," he said in Egyptian media.

This comes after Tau netted his ninth and tenth goal in the Champions League with Al Ahly.
He also managed to grab an assist during the 3-0 drubbing of Gor Mahia.
With his two strikes, Tau has added to his incredible record with the club that has seen him rack 20 goal contributions, with 10 goals and 10 assists in 35 matches.
To put this into perspective Tau has a 57% strike rate in the Champions League.
The change in fortunes came after Tau seemingly put a protracted saga behind him, where talk of his future grew increasingly louder. He is set to see out his contract that runs until June 2025.
