Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane has commented on the situation of experienced defender Eric Mathoho as his absence from the Amakhosi matchday squad continues.

Mathoho has made just one appearance all season and indications are that things are not about to change soon if Zwane's latest words are anything to go by.
The Amakhosi coach, speaking to the media after their 2-1 Nedbank Cup win over Casric Stars at the FNB Stadium, painted a gloomy picture of 'Tower's' return.
"I don't want to lie, he's been out for some time, and we don't know in terms of the recovery. As things stand, he hasn't started jogging yet and that alone tells you that it's not going to happen anytime soon in terms of coming back into play," he told journalists.
All hope has not been lost however, as Mathoho's experience remains a valuable asset to the Chiefs dressing room.
"But should he recover sooner rather than later, we'll be happy to have him back because of his experience and we are also aware of what he can do for us," he continued.
