The story
Nigeria's new head coach, Chelle, appeared visibly disappointed following his team's 1-1 draw against Zimbabwe on Tuesday night.
Chelle notably ignored a post-match handshake from Zimbabwe's coach, Nees, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
Nees did not take kindly to Chelle's handshake snub before the two shared some words as they were separated by the technical teams and players of both sides.
Nigeria seemed poised for back-to-back wins in the qualifiers before a well-executed Tatenda Chirewa equalizer in the 90th minute dashed their hopes.
Nigeria remains in fourth place in Group C with seven points, one behind second-placed Rwanda, while Zimbabwe stays at the bottom of the group with four points.
