The story
Bafana Bafana extended their lead in World Cup qualifying with a 2-0 win over Benin at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium in the Ivory Coast on Tuesday evening, moving five points clear at the top of their group.
Lyle Foster and Jayden Adams scored in the second half, securing a major for Hugo Broos' troops, pushing them to 13 points from six matches.
Rwanda and Benin are tied for second in Group C with eight points, while Nigeria sits on seven points after a last-minute equaliser in their 1-1 draw at home against a valiant Zimbabwe.
