France superstar Kylian Mbappe has reportedly made it clear that he wants Paris Saint-Germain to bring a certain Barcelona player to the Ligue 1 leaders.
According to Spanish publication Fichajes, the 24-year-old believes Catalan club winger Ousmane Dembele would be a smart signing for the French giants.
The former Borussia Dortmund star extended his contract at Barcelona last year until 2024, after his deal had initially expired and he technically became a free agent.
Head coach Xavi Hernandez reportedly pushed for the club to tie him down to new terms despite his previous injury issues, with the 25-year-old having since become a key player for the Blaugrana.
Mbappe and Dembele are believed to enjoy a good relationship outside of football, while they started all of France's key games at the 2022 FIFA World Cup on opposite wings.
The latter, however, did not have the desired impact in Les Bleus' thrilling final against Argentina at the Lusail Stadium on 18 December as he was substituted by Didier Deschamps, along with Olivier Giroud, before half-time.
Though Mbappe and Dembele have not featured together at club level, their international careers coincided after the ex-Monaco forward made his France debut just months after his teammate.

Dembele has now entered the final 18 months of his contract at Barcelona, which could lead to speculation over his future, although it is thought that the Catalans will do everything they can do have him continue in LaLiga.
