New Real Madrid signing Kylian Mbappe has made a final decision about competing at the 2024 Olympic Games for France.
France are the host nation for the upcoming games, with Mbappe's hometown Paris hosting the world event.
There is no surprise that France wanted Mbappe to play for the Under-23 side -coached by Thierry Henry, but that dream was ended when he joined Los Blancos.

Ahead of France's European Championship opener on Monday, Mbappe confirmed he will not be participating at the Olympics.
"My club's position was very clear, so from that moment on, I think I [knew] I won't be taking part in the Games," Mbappé told reporters, as per ESPN.
"That's just the way it is, and I understand that too. I'm joining a new team in September, so it's not the best way to start an adventure.
"I'm going to wish this French team all the best. I'm going to watch every game. I hope they'll win the gold medal."
Los Blancos' three other French players Eduardo Camavinga, Aurélien Tchouaméni and Ferland Mendy have also been barred from competing at the Olympics.
