Manager Erik ten Hag has taken Manchester United backwards this season, according to a former Premier League coach.
The Red Devils currently sit tenth on the Premier League table and have already suffered four defeats from their opening ten matches.

United needed a late brace from Scott McTominay to rescue a win over Brentford and former Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood claims the midfield might have saved Ten Hag.
"McTominay has had an incredible couple of weeks. He was phased out at Man Utd and had Hannibal Mejbri ahead of him," Sherwood said on No Tippy Tappy Podcast,
"Since then he's come off the bench, not sulking, with a point to prove and he's scored two match winning goals. You only get that from an academy player who really loves the club."
"He has got Ten Hag out of the mire. I don't think those late goals make him a better manager and we have to think the same about him as we would if they had lost the game.
"Ten Hag has taken the club backwards and I don't believe what he is doing is good enough."
The Red Devils take on struggling Sheffield United in the late game on Saturday evening.
