On Monday afternoon, the Dutchman said the ex-Ajax Amsterdam attacker is in contention to return to the side following his recent break.
The 23-year-old has spent time in Brazil since being accused of domestic abuse, reportedly co-operating with authorities, but could now be in line to take part in the Red Devils' UEFA Champions League clash against Galatasaray.
Speaking in a press conference on Monday, alongside experienced centre-back and retired France international Raphael Varane, Ten Hag confirmed the Selecao international returned to team training on Sunday.
"Antony will be in consideration," he said, according to The Athletic.
"Yesterday was his first time back in team training, then we make a decision."
The Brazilian has maintained his innocence since the allegations came to light, with an ex-girlfriend having said he once threatened to throw her out of a moving car.
Antony was also accused of physical damage to the same woman's breast implant, although the player has insisted he "never touched her" and that her claims are a "lie".
