Reports suggest Blues fullback Marc Cucurella is the Dutchman's No. 1 target, and that United are currently negotiating with the London club over a potential loan deal for the Spaniard.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the 20-time English champions have already struck an agreement over personal terms with the ex-Brighton Hove Albion defender.

Cucurella, 25, has struggled for form since joining Chelsea in a deal worth €65 million (R1.3 billion), and has failed to make a single appearance since Mauricio Pochettino's arrival in the hot seat.
The Barcelona academy graduate made the move to Stamford Bridge in 2022 after being named the Seagulls' 2021/22 Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season, with Chelsea fending off strong interest from Manchester City to secure his signature at the time.

Vice-captain Ben Chilwell, however, has been preferred over the one-time Spain international so far in this campaign.
