According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, midfielder Marco Verratti has emerged as another high-profile player who could be headed for the exit door at PSG in the coming transfer window.
The Italy international has faced scrutiny in recent months from supporters, who are said to feel he is among the issues in the team that needs solving.
It is claimed the experienced star's "initial wish" is to follow his teammate and close friend Messi "wherever he goes", although it appears unlikely the 30-year-old is among Barcelona's targets at this moment in time.

Messi has been heavily linked with a return to the Blaugrana ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, while he is also reported to have strong interest from Saudi Arabian giants Al Hilal.
The same report claims Verratti would be open to joining Real Madrid, but it appears unlikely the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners will move for him given their pursuit of Jude Bellingham.
He has, in the past, been the subjected of interest from Barcelona, when he was once considered the perfect long-term replacement for Andres Iniesta earlier on in his career.

PSG, though, remain the only top-flight team Verratti has ever represented since his switch to the club in 2012 after gaining promotion to Serie A with Pescara.
