Dembele joined Barcelona in 2017 but was unable to hit the heights at the Camp Nou, having only made 185 appearances after dealing with a number of injuries.
Despite the injury-hit stint at the Camp Nou, the Frenchman did win three LaLiga titles and two Copa del Rey crowns.
The 2018 World Cup winner is the eighth player to join PSG this season after Ugarte, Gancalo Ramos Lucas Hernandez, Kang-in Lee, Xavi Simmons, Milan Skriniar and Marco Asensio.
