Chelsea have reportedly made a final decision on Neymar, who wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain during the current transfer window.
The Brazilian forward reportedly informed PSG that he wants to leave the club with two years still remaining on his contract.

The Brazilians has been linked with a return to Barcelona and a possible move to Premier League giants Chelsea as he seeks to end his disappointing spell in the French capital.
However, the Evening Standard has now reported that Blues coach Mauricio Pochettino does not want to sign Brazil's joint all-time leading scorer ahead of the new season.
Neymar's current deal with PSG runs until 2025 and it is believed the French champions are seeking fee in the region of £60-70million.
The report adds that Chelsea are concerned that Neymar does not fit the type of style and culture that Pochettino is aiming to build at Stamford Bridge.
Pochettino does have experience coaching the Brazilian, having spent one season with PSG where he won the Ligue 1 title in 2022.
Meanwhile, Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez was not to keen to speak on Neymar after Joan Gamper Trophy on Tuesday night.
"Neymar? I can't say anything. Last year I already mentioned the name of a player from another team and they got angry. From here until the end of the market, we'll see," Xavi said, as per Goal.
