According to Fichajes, the Moroccan wants to leave the Parc des Prince at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old has come under scrutiny for his performances of late, having been sent off as recently as this past weekend in PSG's 5-0 win over Ajaccio. The right-sided defender wants to leave the French capital and return to Real Madrid, the club where he played his academy football.
Los Blancos are reportedly in the market for a right-back and are believed to be willing to take the Madrid-born player back to the Santiago Bernabeu, but PSG do not seem keen on letting one of their prized assets go.
Hakimi is contracted to the French giants until 2026, and having paid €70 million (R1.4 billion) for his services in 2021, they will not be keen on losing him after just two seasons.
The same report claims the ex-Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan man is struggling to acclimatise to head coach Christophe Galtier's tactics as the Frenchman prefers to play with a flat back four, which does not accentuate Hakimi's offensive attributes and the Morocco international, as a consequence, wants to leave.
The rape allegations made against him earlier this season are also understood to be a factor in the wing-back's desire for an exit from leave PSG.

Should Real, or any other suitor, decide to show serious interest in the player, he will not come cheap. Despite the Ligue 1 side's reluctance to sell Hakimi, the feeling is that if he pushes for a move, the French giants would be likely to open negotiations on a transfer.
