The two sides played out a goalless draw in Orlando, which was enough to see the Buccaneers advance to the semi-finals after their 1-0 win in the first leg.
Tensions reached boiling point following the game as officials and players from both sides were involved in a brawl that turned the attention away from the on-pitch action.
During his post-match press conference, Ben Yahia did not want to discuss the altercations that followed the game.
"I am the coach, I speak about soccer," Ben Yahia said.
"If you have a question about the game, you can ask me," he added.
The Tunisian coach's frustrations grew as he was urged to comment on the conduct of his players and club officials.
Instead, Ben Yahia congratulated Pirates on the win and wished to see the Soweto giants go on to make the final.
"We played a good game, we offered the public a good spectacle," the coach said.
'We played long, we played short and unfortunately, we could not score and I congratulate Orlando Pirates for the qualification," Ben Yahia added.
