Former Orlando Pirates striker Kermit Erasmus has been announced at a Motsepe Foundation Championship club that wants to make a push for promotion.
Erasmus has been without a club since leaving the Buccaneers at the end of last season. Despite having talks with the likes of Cape Town Spurs and Chippa United, he was unable to secure a deal there.

Ambitious side Casric Stars are in the race to secure promotion and they've made a big decision to sign the experienced campaigner, hoping that he can inspire them to success.
Casric are in sixth place on the Championship standings, seven points behind leaders Durban City after 16 matches. Casric have previously qualified for the end of season play-offs, but were unable to secure promotion.
They are determined to fight their way up to the Betway Premiership and signing Erasmus is a clear indication that they mean business. The 34-year-old striker will need to hit the ground running and play a key role for the club both on and off the field as a leader.
