The three-time Euro champions will play their first game of the tournament against Croatia in Group B on 15 July, having also been drawn alongside Italy and Albania.
On Monday, manager Luis de la Fuente announced his selection for the upcoming competition, which Spain last won in 2012 under the guidance of Vicente del Bosque.
Several key players are missing for La Furia Roja, including Barcelona midfielder Gavi, who has been sidelined with a cruciate ligament tear since November.
Real Betis playmaker Isco is another big-name absentee after recently sustaining a serious injury that will keep him out until August.
There was also no place for Barcelona winger Ansu Fati, who spent the past campaign out on loan at Brighton Hove Albion, nor was there a spot for Paris Saint-Germain's Marco Asensio.
