The 36-year-old has been linked with a temporary departure from the Herons in recent weeks, with Barcelona and Saudi Arabia credited with interest in the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner.
However, it appears the Argentine will not be looking to leave the Miami-based outfit, even on loan, as he gears up for international fixtures with his country, his team's final two MLS fixtures of the campaign, and then an eventual five-week break.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has claimed Messi's schedule until January 2024 is already fixed, commencing with 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers over the coming week against Paraguay and Peru.

He will then return to the United States later this month for two matches against Charlotte to wrap up the 2023 MLS campaign, with the Herons having missed out on the play-offs.
In November, the former Barcelona captain will be involved in more World Cup qualifying games, this time against Uruguay and Brazil, before potential friendly matches with Inter Miami late next month.
