Asensio announced he was leaving the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners ahead of their final LaLiga match of the campaign in June, a 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao, and now becomes PSG's second signing of the transfer window after Milan Skriniar's arrival earlier on Wednesday.
Speaking to the club's website, he said: "It's a privilege to be part of this great club. I'm looking forward to joining my new teammates and working with them to achieve some great goals."
In his eight years on Real's books, Asensio played a direct hand in 93 goals in 286 matches and claimed 16 pieces of silverware along the way.
