Skriniar left Inter Milan at the end of last month following an impressive six-year spell at the Serie A giants, during which he amassed 246 appearances.
The 28-year-old becomes PSG's first signing under new manager Luis Enrique, although the Spaniard was likely to have little to do with luring the centre-back to France.
