Lukaku spent the season on loan at Inter Milan, where he registered 14 goals and seven assists while also winning the Coppa Italia.

There were reports claiming that Saudi Arabian sides were hoping to lure Belgium's all-time leading scorer to the Suadi Pro League, but it seems as if he wants to stay in Europe.
The player's lawyer spoke to journalist Fabrizio Romano to confirm the situation, with Chelsea looking offload in the current January transfer.

Inter president Steven Zhang stated after the UEFA Champions League final that they would speak with Chelsea over a potential transfer.
"Romelu loves Inter, that's very clear," Zhang said, as per the Standard.
"He's great guy but he's under contract at Chelsea."
"We have to wait and speak to Chelsea to make Lukaku's future clear".
Lukaku joined the Blues from Inter in 2021 but fell out of favour with former coach Thomas Tuchel before he was sent out on loan this campaign.
