Pitso Mosimane has dropped a major hint on his future after leading Al Ahli Jeddah to promotion to the Saudi Arabian Pro League in just eight months.
Alarm bells were set off after reports emerging from Saudi Arabia suggested that Mosimane's future in Jeddah could be in doubt despite his achievements this season.
Mosimane took over in October and managed to lead the club to promotion having found the club in eighth position and currently finds himself in first place on the log standings with three matches to go.
According to news coming out of Saudi Arabia, Al Ahli have been non-committal with regards to whether they will continue with Mosimane, although he is understood to have an option to extend his contract by a further year, if both parties agree to continue.
However, Mosimane tweeted what appeared to be a farewell message following his side's promotion to the Saudi topflight.
"Mission accomplished, project delivered, sleeping giant awoken in 8 months. In new country, new continent, different league! In Arabic, they say, Khalsa! meaning, it is done and dusted! Thanks Jeddah for entrusting me with this difficult task. Salute!" he wrote.
Mosimane has matches against Al Shoulla, Al Qadisiyah and Al Hazm before the end of the season.
