Chippa United striker Etiosa Godspower Ighodaro has been in great form for Chippa United, scoring eight goals in 18 Premiership games and news reaching the Siya crew, is that the Nigerian has attracted interest from clubs in Gauteng.
A source close to the player and the team has told the Siya crew that two Gauteng clubs are interested in the 21-year-old Mamelodi Sundowns attacker.
Indications are that the player is enjoying his time while on loan at Chippa, in getting the much-needed game-time, as opposed to fighting for a place in the star-studded Downs attack.
His performances have piqued the interest of potential suitors, and as previously reported by the Siya crew, the Premiership champions are yet to make a decision on the player's future, with indications that a return to Chloorkop seems imminent.
"So far there are two teams which we know have shown interest in Ighodaro. But it is not up to me to say which those teams are. However, if a good offer is on the table, I think the player could move," a source revealed to the Siya crew.

When reached for comment, Chilli Boys team manager Wandisile Wana Mbenguzana could neither confirm nor deny the interest from teams in Gauteng.
"My brother its true, there are many teams interested in him at the moment, but I can't say which ones because I don't have anything official on my table at the moment. But I don't want to say there is or there isn't while maybe the Chairman has something my brother. But the interest is there," Mbenguzana said.
