Under Erik ten Hag, the Red Devils have seen a resurgence as they have gone from a team which suffered their worst-ever Premier League season last campaign to a team that is quickly becoming a force in European football once again.
The Dutchman seems to have made a lot of good decisions, but none appear to have had as big an impact as the recruitment of Benni McCarthy.
The South African's introduction at Old Trafford has proven invaluable, with the likes of Rashford finding the back of the net at a prolific rate. The Englishman has now applauded the impact the former Cape Town City and AmaZulu boss has had not just on him, but the entire team.
"I feel like since Benni has come in, we have worked more as a team going forward," the England international told SuperSport.
"It has led to us creating more chances and scoring more goals. It's still early days and Benni will tell you himself that his aspirations are much bigger than what we have achieved so far.
"But you know, he keeps pushing us to get us to improve and you can't ask for anything more than that as a player."
