Mamelodi Sundowns have had another one of their Absa Premiership fixture moved to a new date – confirmation which came right in the middle of their game against Chippa United at Loftus this afternoon.
Downs were initially scheduled to travel to Thohoyandou Stadium next week Wednesday, on May 1, to face Black Leopards. However, the game has been brought forward only by a day and moved to Tuesday, April 30.

It comes in the wake of a lot of back and forth between Sundowns and the Premier Soccer League over the scheduling of their fixtures.
Coach Pitso Mosimane has also been vocal about the delay in the pending sanction following the club's use of an ineligible player in defender Wayne Arendse. They are expected to be docked at least a point.
It's the second time this season that the PSL agrees to move this Leopards/Downs fixture to accommodate the Brazilians in their busy schedule – one which has to accommodate their CAF Champions League matches.
Downs are currently behind log leaders Orlando Pirates by goal difference, having now caught up on their outstanding matches.
They beat Chippa United 3-2 earlier this afternoon and have to immediately travel to Morocco where they will face Wydad Casablanca in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final encounter on Friday.
