It appears that, after celebrating their Soweto Derby victory against neighbours Kaizer Chiefs last week, Orlando Pirates supporters have come under fire from Mamelodi Sundowns and Amakhosi fans.
Several Supporters Club members have reminded jubilant Bucs fans of the 6-0 hammering given to them by Masandawana in November 2016. However, a fellow Buccaneer with the username chiefs is useless seems to be unbothered by this unpleasant memory, and has retaliated at Downs and Amakhosi fans.
"I haven't forgotten about six dozen, but Micho and Rhulani are not part of that legacy so it doesn't really matter anymore. It was under the same tag team that we got to harassed Amakhosi after a series of draws. Sundowns fans will never understand why we are celebrating the Soweto Derby victory like we have won the league. It comes naturally. That's what they call bragging rights, something they know nothing about. Pirates and Chiefs games have come a long way. Masandawana must focus on their Tshwane derby with SuperSport, and leave us alone." – chiefs is useless
Do you think it's time for Bucs faithful to move on from the Soweto Derby victory?
