Ahead of Saturday's Soweto derby, Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane addressed the idea that his players have a mindset problem of always losing a game before they face the Buccaneers.
Chiefs fell further behind in the race for second place in the DStv Premiership after a shock 2-1 defeat to Swallows on Workers Day this week, which follows a trend of Amakhosi losing a game before they face their fierce rivals.
Mangethe stated that it's a mere "perception" that his troops don't give their best in the game before the derby, reiterating that the Swallows loss was a big blow but they remain focused on the all-important semi-final.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Zwane Addressed Chiefs 'Mindest' Of Always Losing Before Derby Against Pirates" story:
"Chiefs players lack quality, specifically these young players, they can play yes, but some how you can see that they are not quality players.
"Yoh the defenders are the worst, maybe Zwane needs to try Mathoho and Dove central and maybe Njabulo Ngcobo in the middle," says mncedisisithole78.
"This will be a great game to watch for soccer enthusiasts. Great in the sense that both teams want to fill their cabinets and there is prestige at stake.
"The other factor is Chiefs would like to extend their dominance over Pirates. Pirates would want to win to stop that," says Soccer Fanatic.

Al Ahli Saudi coach Pitso Mosimane broke his silence on his side's promotion to the Saudi Pro League after an important win on Wednesday.
Pitso's troops overcame Hajer Club 2-1 to seal promotion back to the Saudi top flight, fulfilling his immediate goal when he moved to the Middle-East.
The ex-Downs coach completed the promotion mandate with four games to spare also sitting on top of the Division 1 log, three points of Al-Akhdoud in the chase for the title.
Pitso addressed the doubters when he broke his silence, remembering the people who said him and his team won't be able to awaken a sleeping giant in Saudi football.

"It's just a steam of one season. You'll kiss your job goodbye before the end of the season," says ns1owam.

"Well done Jingles Mosimane, I am proud of you and wish you all the best in the future. Continue to raise our flag high. How I wish that you would come back to help my team (Chiefs) and bring back glory days or go to our national team. Keep up the good work," says mlekeleli.
