Ahead of their pre-season trip to Spain, Orlando Pirates could derail Kaizer Chiefs' plans to appoint Young Africans (Yanga) head coach Nasreddine Nabi.
The Buccaneers are planning on replacing long-serving senior rehabilitation specialist Stephen Plummer with Helmi Gueldich, who's been working under Nabi at Yanga.
Nabi has made it clear to Amakhosi that he'd like to have his own technical team if he takes over from Arthur Zwane and if Gueldich joins the Sea Robbers, it could impact Nabi's vision for his backroom staff at Chiefs.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Pirates Could Derail Chiefs' Potential Coach Plans" story:
"I think Chiefs is moving to the right direction honestly, if they manage to sign this Coach, I think they'll be competitive and probably win something. Chances Yanga selling Mayele though are very slim, he has proven himself.
"Beside Chiefs don't buy in most cases its free players. I think they only bought 3 pllayers in the past 3 Seasons. The rest are free Agents," says HelsTheMan.
"Kaizer Chiefs' management are not serious at all. By now we should have known if Zwane will continue as a coach next season or not, we should have known the new coach because in a few days from now, the players will be back at the village.
"I see our team fighting for relegation next season if things continue like this," says mlekeleli.
"Going to Spain for pre-season. that is nice, and today football as a business - it needs all those people who are qualify and please Mr Khoza sign someone who will love the team and not to come as a worker," says Bucs365.
"It's up to Chiefs to take him or let Pirates take him," says shlatshwayo777.

Kaizer Chiefs could move on from pursuing Fabrice Ngoma, with the Siya Crew indicating that Amakhosi could be interesting in Stellenbosch FC midfielder Sibongiseni "Ox" Mthethwa.
Talks are said to be ongoing between Chiefs, Stellies and the player's camp regarding a potential deal for the 28-year-old whose contract expires in June 2024.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Chiefs To Look At Mthethwa Instead Of Ngoma?" story:
"Chiefs are supposed to get players based on what the coach wants, not this thing of buying and hoping whoever they appoint as coach has to use whatever they provide him.
"This is why the team has struggled this much," says sizweking.
"Buying players prior to the arrival of a coach is not much of a problem provided it's quality players. Surely any coach worth his salt should be able to use such players whether they were recommended by him.
For instance, if a team doesn't have a coach and they go and buy a Messi, Ronaldo and Benzema just to mention a few, will the incoming coach complain because they were not his choice?
"Coaches come and go and just imagine what would happen every time a team buys players based on the recommendation of a coach. Teams with a coach with a long-term contract can perhaps toy with this idea," says gsithole who adds:
"Amakhosi should refrain from releasing players before they secure replacements because this will lead to panic buying like it was when they released both Castro and Nurkovich only to end up with Bimenyimana, whom they also want to offload.
"Right now, Nange is gone, and it is rumoured that Cole Alexander might follow suit. What will happen if they don't get Mthethwa? Yes in the interest of fair competition we can't have a bloated squad of 50 plus players like other teams do when one position is contested by no more than three players," concludes gsithole.
"For obvious reasons they'll wait until he is a free agent," says Mpho P.
