Supporters Club caught up with one of its members and Kaizer Chiefs fan, Sylvester Nkosi to get his views regarding the remaining league games and the upcoming Nedbank Cup round of 16, which resumes this weekend.
In expressing himself, Sylvester also touched on Amakhosi's performance in the Soweto Derby last weekend.
SC: Sylvester, time is ticking and the league is approaching its final days. What are the chances of Amakhosi going for the title?
Sylvester: "Honestly, words fail me when it comes to Kaizer Chiefs. Also, I absolutely fail to understand what happened last week Saturday. I'm not sure whether Komphela has undisclosed issues with Mathoho or what. I mean some of the players he fielded in the Soweto Derby had not been playing, so why omit Mathoho if his intention was to play experienced players? I've got to admit though, Pirates are doing incredibly well. I don't think they will lose any of the remaining games. We, as Chiefs supporters will have to wait and see what happens in the Nedbank Cup this week but honestly, I've lost hope."
Would you say favouritism played a part in Chiefs' loss against Bucs last weekend?
