SuperSport will be looking to take their league form, where they are currently second on the table, into the Nedbank Cup after they got back to winning ways with a 2-0 win over SuperSport United this past weekend.
Matsatsantsa, who have won the tournament on three occasions under the current sponsors, were knocked out in the quarter-finals last season by Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.
SuperSport coach Gavin Hunt has unsurprisingly rung the changes for this encounter after busy DStv Premiership schedule since the turn of the year.
Although United will not be familiar with Dondol, who are campaigning in the ABC Motsepe League, they should be aware of their background, as they hail from Mamelodi in Tshwane.
Stars are currently top of the Gauteng stream in the ABC Motsepe League, four points clear of second-placed Jomo Cosmos after they narrowly beat Tembisa Sports Centre 1-0 over the weekend.
