Starting XI: Gallants v TS Galaxy

Starting XI: Gallants v TS Galaxy

TS Galaxy will be looking to put their off-field troubles aside when they take on relegation-threatened Marumo Gallants this afternoon.

DStv Premiership

Teams: Marumo Gallants v TS Galaxy

Date: 05 March 2023

Venue: Free State Stadium

The Siya crew reported earlier this week that players and support staff at Galaxy held a meeting with regards to unpaid salaries.

While big noise is being made off the field, Galaxy have got their campaign back on track in recent weeks, having won two of their last three league outings.

Sead Ramovic's charges find themselves in eighth position heading into this afternoon's clash and they can cement that spot with a win.

On the other hand, Gallants will be desperate to claim maximum points to give themselves some hope of surviving as they currently sit bottom of the table.

The Limpopo have spent the last three weeks involved in CAF Confederation Cup action, while they were dumped out of the Nedbank Cup by Mamelodi Sundowns on Thursday night.

Gallants can take confidence from the fact that they defeated Galaxy 1-0 when the two sides met in Nelspruit earlier this season.

Here's how they line up:

Marumo Gallants: 36. Arubi, 18. Nonyane, 29. Gumede, 7. Nku, 5. Mabotja, 10. Ngema, 17. Mohomi, 11. Otladisa, 24. Mvelase, 14. Koapeng, 8. Chivaviro
