In the league, Sundowns will be looking to extend their 17-game unbeaten run this evening but they come up against a City side looking to qualify for the Champions League.

The Citizens are unbeaten in their last four league matches, which includes three wins and a draw with Marumo Gallants before the international break.

Eric Tinkler's charges currently occupy fifth spot in the league standings, six points adrift of second-place Orlando Pirates.

The Brazilians are unbeaten in their last seven league matches against the Mother City side, with City's last win coming in 2019 when Benni McCarthy was still in charge.
