Marumo Gallants will be searching for their first victory since the restart in the DStv Premiership when they travel to Golden Arrows on Wednesday evening.

Gallants are winless since the restart of the season at the end of December last year, in a run of six matches, the last of which was a 1-1 draw against away to AmaZulu this past Saturday.

Bahlabane Ba Ntwa, as a result, have plummeted down to the bottom of the log with 15 points, three points from safety and they have already played an extra match.

Arrows, meanwhile, have also been getting negative results since the resumption of the league, with three losses from four matches, the last of which was a narrow and last-gasp 1-0 defeat to Maritzburg United this past weekend.

Abafana Bes'thende have since dropped down to 13th on the table with 19 points, just two points above the relegation zone and three points off a top eight spot.

The sides could not be separated in their first round clash back in August last year after playing to a 1-1 draw at Peter Mokaba Stadium.
