The Chilli Boys come into the encounter on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Swallows FC, leaving the side with just one win in their last five matches.
That poor run of form has Chippa make the decision to part ways with coach Morgan Mammila, who initially took over from Daine Klate in September 2022.
Chippa will come against an AmaZulu side who have also failed to win their last five league encounters, which include a 1-1 draw against Royal AM last weekend.
Romain Folz's charges have registered four draws and one loss in that period, which has left the side in 11th position.
Chippa, however, will be looking to complete the double over Usuthu after claiming a 2-1 victory at Moses Mabhida Stadium earlier in the season.
