Rulani Mokwena's charges got their campaign off to a positive start after Cassius Mailula's first-half strike secure a 1-0 win over Libyan side Al-Hilal last weekend.
The Brazilians were not involved in any midweek DStv Premiership action, as they arrived in Cameroon on Thursday for today's clash.
Coton Sport, meanwhile, will be playing their first group stage clash this season as their first match was postponed due to Al Ahly's involvement in the FIFA Club World Cup last weekend.
The Cameroon outfit come into the clash in a mixed bag of form which has seen the side register two wins, two draws and a loss in their five league encounters.
This will be the first-ever meeting between the two sides, although have won three of their last five away matches in the Champions League.
