Following a disappointing PSL campaign last season, Bucs are looking forward to a new start in the 2017/18 season, with the view to win trophies for their supporters.
Bucs' supporters will get a chance to see the readiness of the team ahead of the new season when they line up against Chiefs in a pre-season Soweto Derby on Saturday.
Speaking to the media in a media open day today (Wednesday), Makola promised to give Bucs' fans hope of what is expected to come in the new season.

"It's always exciting to play against Chiefs. The best that we can do on Saturday is to give a bit of hope the fans and put a smile back on their faces. I would love them to go home and be like, 'You know what, I think these guys are motivated and are ready to go this season.' That's the impression we'd like to give on Saturday," Makola told the media as shared on social media by the club's Thandi Merafe.
