"Maybe we won the ones that do not matter most, it is a fact and again, I am not a defensive person, I expose myself to bullets and take it on the chin," Komphela told the media after his 3-1 loss to their rivals.
"But I strongly believe that even before I came to Orlando Pirates, there (are) matches where we've won and would I have felt good that Chiefs wins all the derbies? Listen, that would have been tremendous and the previous derbies it was a helluva nice match even though it ended in a draw and this one, again, I wish I was Micho where I will just be (asked) positive questions at the back of a good match, but unfortunately you have to defend or give reasons.

"If you don't have results you have to explain so this is what I am here for, but I strongly believe I would have loved to win all the derbies but previously there (were) matches where I was on the bench with other teams and we did win, at Chiefs we did win but the ones that are not counted for," he added.
