Absa Premiership
Teams: Orlando Pirates v Kaizer Chiefs
Date: 30 January 2016
Venue: FNB Stadium
Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs will lock horns in the Soweto Derby at the FNB Stadium this afternoon.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 15h30.
The Buccaneers come into this clash on the back of some poor form, having only won one of their last five matches in the Absa Premiership.
Having lost 1-0 to Jomo Cosmos in their last league outing, Pirates find themselves in 12th position with 16 points.
Eric Tinkler will also be without the services of striker, Kermit Erasmus, who completed a move to French side, Rennes.
Kaizer Chiefs come into this encounter on the back of a loss, as they went down 2-1 at the hands of Platinum Stars in Cape Town.
Steve Komphela's have remained in fourth spot, despite the setback against Dikwena and will remain there even if they secure victory.
It was the Buccaneers who secured the win in the reverse fixture earlier in the season, as they ran out 3-1 winners thanks to goals from Thamsanqa Gabuza, Issa Sarr and Ayanda Gcaba.
