On Sunday, February 25, Arsenal will host EPL log leaders, Manchester City in the Football League Cup. The Gunners lost their previous match against Tottenham and will be looking to slow down the high-flying Citizen side and secure their last hope of silverware for the season.
Manchester United will go head-to-head against Chelsea. The Red Devils will be hoping to get back to winning ways after their 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United. On the other hand, the Blues are in a good space at the moment.
Orlando Pirates will travel away as they battle out against Chippa United in a league encounter. The Buccaneers will be going all out for the three points to stay in contention for the league title. However, the Chilli Boys are also looking to secure their spot in the top 8.
Match of the Week
Arsenal v Manchester City (Football League Cup)
Match 6 Soccer 6 Pool 25 February S6 V2 P1
League Rankings: Arsenal 6th Man City 1st (EPL)
Useful facts: The Gunners edged Chelsea 2-1 in the second leg of their semi-final last month to book a spot in the Carabao Cup final, where they will take on Premier League leaders Manchester City. For Arsene Wenger, the League Cup is the only hope of a domestic trophy this season, while Pep Guardiola and his high-flying side are still chasing the quadruple. Arsenal won three FA Cups over the last four seasons, but their last League Cup title dates back to 1992/93. City, meanwhile, will be keen to claim their third League Cup trophy over the last five seasons. The Citizens beat Arsenal 3-1 in the league in November but lost the last cup clash against the Gunners 2-1 after extra-time in April 2017.
Bashin Mahlangu: Man City
Manchester United v Chelsea (English Premier League)
Match 6 Soccer 6 Pool 25 February S6 V2 P1
League Rankings: Man United 2nd Chelsea 4th
Useful facts: The Red Devils are on a mission to bounce backing to winning ways in the league, after losing their previous game against Newcastle earlier this month. Man United forward, Romelu Lukaku, was on song when he netted twice against Huddersfield, sending the Red Devils to the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, the current defending Premier League champions will look to build on their last win against West Bromwich as pressure mounts on Antonio Conte. The last time the two sides met, the Blues defeated Jose Mourinho's side 1-0 at Stamford Bridge last November.

Chippa United v Orlando Pirates (Premier Soccer League)
Match 6 Soccer 6 Pool 25 February S6 V2 P1
League Rankings: Chippa 7th Pirates 3rd
Useful facts: After being moved a spot down by archrivals Kaizer Chiefs on the log standings, the Buccaneers will look to continue with their impressive league run and regain the second spot when they visit the Chilli Boys. The Port Elizabeth-based side has gone four games without a win and with a Top Eight spot on the cards, they will be out to turn things against in-form Buccaneers, against whom they haven't tasted victory in two seasons. The Ghosts edged Chippa 1-0 in their previous league meeting in the first round of the season.
