Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester United (English Premier League)
Match 6 Soccer 6 Pool
31 January S6 V2 P1
League Rankings: Spurs 5th Man United 2nd
Useful facts: All eyes are on United's newly acquired striker, Alexis Sanchez, who is set to make his official league debut for his new team. The former Arsenal player has tasted action in the colours of the Red Devils when he made an appearance in the FA Cup where Jose Mourinho's men beat Yeovil Town 4-0 and Sanchez earned himself the Man of the Match award. Jose Mourinho's side needs to go on a consecutive win of runs if they are to catch log leaders, Manchester City. Meanwhile, Spurs have somewhat struggled at home this season and haven't really been consistent. They will look to improve on their form when they welcome the Red Devils, who have hardly given Spurs a hard time at home in recent years, with their last away victory coming in 2012. The last time these two sides locked horns, the visitors edged the Lily Whites 1-0 at Old Trafford.

Manchester City v West Bromwich (English Premier League)
Match 5 Soccer 6 Pool
31 January S6 V3 P1
League Rankings: City 1st West Brom 19th
Useful facts: Man City comfortably cruised past Cardiff in their FA Cup tie last Sunday to progress to the fifth round. The Citizens noticeably started without their key strikers but Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling helped their side as they netted a goal apiece to knock Cardiff out of the competition. City now turn their attention back to the league where they will look to build on their championship-worthy form when they welcome struggling West Brom to the Etihad Stadium. Placed 19th on the log standings, the Baggies will look to build on their surprise win at Liverpool last weekend, which saw the Reds being dumped out of FA Cup. The Albions will also look to end their 16-game winless run against the log leaders in all competitions. The last time the two sides met, Pep Guardiola's team claimed a 3-2 victory in October 2017.
