AmaZulu coach Benni McCarthy has a message for players who are linked with Gauteng's 'Big Three' clubs.
The likes of Bongi Ntuli and Siyethemba Sithebe have been linked with moves to Gauteng in recent times and could be tempted to make moves.

Ntuli, in particular, has attracted interest from Pirates and was interested in making a move back to Gauteng, having previously been on the books of Mamelodi Sundowns. Ntuli returned to action recently to action and has since bagged two goals in four appearances. The more he plays, the more he will attract interest from the big guns. McCarthy, though, has a message for players like Ntuli, who could be thinking of leaving.
"At the moment they are happy where they are and I am not sure if they are going to have the same enjoyment of playing good football, with the same passion, the same love and the same match time that they are experiencing under me and playing for AmaZulu, if they were to go to Sundowns, Chiefs or Pirates," McCarthy told the media.

"So, players also have to think about their happiness and the love of playing football on a regular basis or you go and fill your pockets and you don't end up doing what you love most. So that's a choice that they have to make. But we try make the players as best as we can and if there are better experiences for them and there's a better lifestyle… if they can go (and) earn more money that we can't afford to pay them, then you can't stand in a player's way."
AmaZulu will take on KZN rivals Golden Arrows in the Nedbank Cup last 32 on Saturday, February 6. Both Usuthu and Arrows are in good form at the moment and is likely to be one of the big games of the weekend.
"When you have two teams in one city, it's always great when the two teams can do well. It will only help the football in this part of the world. People will show interest because the two Durban clubs are really competing," McCarthy said.
