A Kaizer Chiefs player who recently returned from a brief spell on the sidelines has given his thoughts on Amakhosi's upcoming clash against Chippa United.
Amakhosi are back in action this weekend after the international break and are set to take on former coach Gavin Hunt, who is in charge of the Chilli Boys. This is the first time Hunt will come up against his former employers since leaving Naturena and will be looking to upset the Soweto giants at FNB Stadium on Saturday, October 16.
Amakhosi midfielder Phathutshedzo Nange, who missed the clash against Marumo Gallants after pickng up a knock in the 4-1 defeat to Royal AM, is aware of the threat Chippa may pose, but says Amakhosi need to build on from their performance against AmaZulu in their last DStv Premiership clash.
"We are expecting a tough game. They are a good team and we will have to fight hard for a win. There is no such a thing as a bad team in the DStv Premiership and we are ready for the game," Nange is quoted as saying on the Amakhosi website.
"We take with us the performance from the AmaZulu game into Saturday's clash. Hopefully we can draw on that and get the three points from the game."
