There are four players Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Rulani Mokwena says are still at risk of missing the Nedbank Cup tie against Orlando Pirates.

Prior to Downs facing Chippa United on Monday, the club confirmed that Kermit Erasmus, Andile Jali, Bangaly Soumahoro and Gaston Sirino would be unavailable.
And then during his pre-match conference, Mokwena told journalists that the medical department had not yet given the technical team the all-clear on the four players ahead of Thursday's round of 16 clash.
"The doctors will examine the players and give us a report, and at this moment in time everything is still with the medical department. Let's see how the players cope with the regeneration session. Unfortunately I can't give a precise and accurate update, apart from saying they are on their way back," said the coach.
"Kermit is on his way back, but still not at full fitness and still not participating in full training. The medical department needs to clear him to play, so he has ticked one box. We need the full complement of our squad because it is extremely impossible to compete, and I use that word loosely because at Sundowns we don't compete, we dominate because to compete means we are making it a contest, so it is impossible to compete with just what we have."

Mokwena is wary of their upcoming schedule for the remainder of April, which will see them add to their already tight scheduled if they beat Pirates.
"In comparison, Pirates have only played five games in 30 days, with only one of them being away. In April, we have played four matches and they have played two, so you can already see that there's a huge demand. It's not always easy to be at Sundowns," he added.
