After two weeks at Chelsea FC, South African youngster Emile Witbooi is believed to be doing well with the Blues and enjoying himself in England.
Despite it still being early days of his training with the London-based club, Cape Town City owner and chairman John Comitis has said that the 16-year-old is having an excellent time at the Premier League club.

Talking to Soccer Laduma in an exclusive interview, Comitis stated that the young player is training and enjoying game time with the club's junior ranks, but that it's too early to determine what will happen.
"Everything is going very well. He is enjoying himself there. You know he is training with the Under-16's but plays with the Under-18's. That's very good. He is having a good time but they are still looking at him. So for now, it's still very early to say what's going to happen but it's good to know that he is doing well and enjoying himself. That's the most important thing at the moment," Comitis told the Siya crew.

However, the Cape Town City chairman added that there is no need to put pressure on the 16-year-old while he is on a training programme with Chelsea.
"He is supposed to be there for a month and it's like two weeks only and it's soon to judge. Let's not rush him and put pressure on him. This is just an assessment for the future. As I said before, he is only 16 years of age at the moment and things can really only happen when he is 18 in England. But so far things are going on well with him. We are happy, he is happy and Chelsea are happy. That's what we want to hear," Comitis observed.
The 16-year-old left winger has already represented South Africa at both Under-17 and Under-20 levels. He recently was part of the squad that won the COSAFA Under-20 gold medal in Mozambique.
Witbooi continues his training stint with Chelsea FC, and the young talent's progress is being closely monitored. With positive feedback from all parties involved, fans will be eager to see how this experience shapes Witbooi's development and future prospects in football.
