The Siya crew has been led to believe that a Betway Premiership club has placed former TS Galaxy coach Sead Ramovic on top of their list as a possible replacement for a coach who is under immense pressure.
Indications are that Richards Bay are not impressed with how things have gone with Brandon Truter at the helm since he was appointed as a replacement for Vusumuzi Vilakazi, who saved them from relegation last season.

After a big investment was made by Phakwe Gas, the club has set high standards for the club but it's been a slow start to the campaign for the KZN outfit.
Richards Bay's form in the Betway Premiership this season is understood to have raised concern within management, with just one victory in seven matches thus far.
Currently in 12th place on five points, the Natal Rich Boyz have rattled the back of the net on just one occasion, making them the least prolific club in the league at the moment.
The pressure could have been eased had they reached the Carling Knockout final, but they were knocked out by rookies Magesi in the semi-finals in a clash that management were expecting them to win at home. Indications are that the head honchos are not pleased with results and changes to the technical team in the near future have not been ruled out.

One of the coaches believed to be a target for Richards Bay is Ramovic, who recently parted ways with Galaxy. With money being pumped into the club, it's understood that the project could entice Ramovic, who stated that he would love to return to Europe to spend more time with his parents.
