Kaizer Chiefs experienced a moment of tension following their fourth consecutive game without scoring, culminating in a 1-0 defeat to Richards Bay last Sunday.
The aftermath reportedly resulted in a stir within the dressing room, with players expressing their frustrations openly.

Siya sources close to the team have shared their insights into the dynamics of the post-match discussions, revealing a sense of dissatisfaction among their defenders towards the attacking line.
"You can't say exactly who was pointing fingers at whom. Everyone was not happy with the results on the day, and I think the defenders felt that their strikers could have done much better in the game and scored goals to win the game. So, we can say the defenders were blaming the strikers, and there were just some disagreements along the way. Such things happen when a team has just lost a game they felt they should have won," the Siya source explained to Soccer Laduma.
However, a second Siya source emphasized that the team has since moved past the incident, focusing on their upcoming challenge.
"That's in the past. What happened happened, and the players I think moved on from that incident. They were obviously not happy with the result that day, but that's in the past. The mood in the camp is very good. Everyone is vibrant, and the spirits are high as they work on playing against SuperSport United tomorrow," said the second Siya soure.
"Yeah, they all talked about it and laughed about it. It was something in the heat of the moment, but it's done now, and everyone is happy with each other," the source added.
Looking ahead, Kaizer Chiefs are set to host SuperSport United at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, 27 April. With six games remaining in the DStv Premiership league this season, Amakhosi are gearing up for a crucial battle to secure a top-eight finish.
The match against SuperSport represents a significant opportunity for Chiefs to turn their fortunes around and rally towards a strong finish in the league.
Soccer Laduma contacted Chiefs for a comment but the club did not respond by the time this story was published.
